Don Ramón has been producing tequila for 25 years under the direction of Maestro Tequilero José Reza, using exquisitely detailed methods.
The Diamante collection prioritises clear, fresh and pure spirits.
Made from 100% Blue Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, this clear spirit is bright, fresh, and fragrantly floral.
Professionals selectively harvest mature agave. The extra step of pressing the agave prior to cooking results in a pronounced herbaceous flavour.
The extracted aguamiel is separated from the agave fibres before fermentation and double-column distillation for a clean, bright and easy-drinking spirit.
It’s unaged, with plenty of herbal spice and floral notes alongside creamy raw agave. A second sip reveals a hint of sweetness that evolves into a warming minerality. This is a bright and youthful spirit which showcases impressive high-quality ingredients.
