Warner’s Lemon Balm Gin is a delightfully herbal gin from a boutique distillery on the Falls Farm in Northamptonshire.
The first creation within the Botanical Garden Range, this gin is made with Lemon Balm, a member of the mint family, also known by its name “Melissa Officinalis”. It produces a herbaceous explosion on the palate that is fresh and distinctive with a beautiful citrus and minty finish.
All the botanicals for this gin are grown on the Falls Farm and distilled onsite. There is less than an hour between the picking of the lemon balm and its distillation into a gin!
Each bottle has a seed packet for people to grow their own lemon balm and start their own botanical gardens at home, to then use the herb as a garnish for their gin.
