Grenache and Syrah flourish on the Pyrenean foothills of vineyards located in the Roussillon area of the Languedoc region.
The grapes are allowed to reach full maturity to produce wines with a fresh fruit expression such as grapefruit, cherry and strawberry, enhanced with floral notes similar to those found in a rose garden.
The harvest of 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache grapes comes from strictly selected plots, is destemmed on arrival at the cellar and pressed in a pneumatic press under a controlled atmosphere.
Fine and subtle notes of blackberry, cherries, raspberry, strawberry and red apple.
Fresh, minerally and flinty. A wonderfully complex rose that can rival the best of Provence.
Expect lots of finesse and elegance.
