The Bacio della Luna Prosecco DOC Extra Dry proudly displays an elegant nose of flowers and fresh fruit. A sparkling prosecco ideal for an aperitif, with a full and savoury taste.
It’s made at the Bacio della Luna (translating as “kiss from the moon”) winery from vines growing in the picturesque setting of the ‘prosecco hills’ of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. It is a 2019 UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Winemakers manually harvest grapes for this Prosecco on the hill within the Valdobbiadene area. They then softly press them to obtain the must. It is later treated by refrigeration and filtration.
Fermentation takes places in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature between 18°C and 22°C. Once the first fermentation finishes, the Charmat process follows. It then reaches the desired residual sugar level according to the Extra Dry classification.

The colour is straw yellow colour with hints of lime green. The Prosecco Spumante DOC Extra Dry attacks energetically with its persistent and delicate bubbles and its intense, elegant and fresh, fruity bouquet. On the palate it is mouth-filling with rich white stone fruit flavours and a refined, saline minerality.
