Belsazar Dry is a premium vermouth renowned for its crisp and elegant character.
Made in Germany at a winery which combines tradition and modernity, it boasts a refined blend of traditional botanicals and spices. The base is Gutedel, a premium German wine from the warm south of the country, especially the South Baden region. These are combined, then added to an oak barrel-matured German fruit brandy and aged delicately to produce a balanced, complex vermouth.
The aroma is mild and sweet from the Black Forest grapes used, with a touch of elegant vanilla. You’ll notice clear hints of dried peach and orange, complemented by subtle herbs and spices, whilst light sweet honey notes combine with some Christmas-like spices.
Belsazar Dry is deal for classic cocktails like the Martini or simply enjoyed over ice with a slice of lemon. Combine with your favourite tonic for a refreshing lower-alcohol mixed drink.
