A vibrant and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from the historic Lanzerac Estate in Stellenbosch. Expect crisp Granny Smith apple, Asian pear and white peach aromas, followed by fresh lemongrass, bright acidity and subtle minerality. A cool, vibrant and lively dry Riesling from the limestone-rich vineyards of Leistadt. Sourced from a single parcel in Mercurey, this hand-harvested Chardonnay is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels. Orange zest and ripe fruit provide freshness and intensity, complemented by discreet toasty oak. A refined and beautifully balanced Chardonnay, particularly well suited to seafood and oysters.
A rich and luxurious white from the sunny Roussillon region of southern France. Made from 85% Grenache Gris and 15% Macabeo, this textured wine combines ripe peach and pear with toasted nuts, bread and subtle oak. Fermentation and ageing in both stainless steel and oak create a silky, creamy palate with plenty of depth and complexity. A superb choice for grilled oily fish, roast chicken and other rich white-meat dishes.
