The Fettercairn Distillery is located in the foothills of Scotland’s Cairngorms, mid-way between Aberdeen and Perth. This expression is matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels. It’s a perfect display of Fettercairn’s signature tropical flavour profile.
Bold but refreshing with a smooth, oily texture, it’s bottled at 40% ABV.
Enjoy Fettercairn 12 Year Old neat, on the rocks or mixed into your favourite whisky-based cocktails.
Colour – Sunlight and amber honey.
Palate – Vanilla and pear, with soft spices.
Finish – Refreshing nectarine and tropical fruit, with subtle roasted coffee, clove, and ginger. Then, a memorable finish of sultanas and black toffee.
