The intense aroma and flavour of this delicious rum come from a unique combination of notes. In part, the producers create these by aging the rum in heavily charred oak barrels. These include molasses, layers of banana, smoky oak, ripe tropical fruit, and a pleasant hint of burnt sugar. The finish has a beautiful smoky quality to it, as well as some cinnamon. It’s medium-bodied but robust and rich in taste.
