Cà dei Maghi is a small farm in the hills of Valpolicella making very small quantities of the most exquisite wines.
The grapes for this Ripasso are harvested by hand in the second week of October.
Their fermentation takes place in steel tanks and in February the wine is mixed with the Amarone marc, which rest for 3 years in big barrels and then in steel tanks before bottling.
Intense red colour with light garnet tinges.
Intense aroma with hints of red fruits under spirit and sweet spices.
