Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso & Alvarinho Vinho Verde D.O.C is a smooth, refreshing white wine from one of Portugal’s most renowned regions.
Casa de Vilacetinho was one of the first producers of the Vinhos Verdes region. Whilst the brand was established in 1950 they have been producing wines on the estate since 1790 due to the union of two ancient estates that, for centuries since the Middle Ages, were part of the land heritage of the Benedictine Monastery of Alpendurada.
Today it continues to honour its legacy of producing high quality wines. They focus on using traditional techniques but harnessing modern technology in a state of the art winery.
It is located in Alpendurada overlooking the River Douro and covers an estate with 30 hectares.

Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso & Alvarinho Vinho Verde D.O.C is a wine of great complexity and structure.
This wine boasts a vivid and complex nose and a persistent and revolving palate. Hints of green apple and white plum reinforce all its character.
It shows great minerality and freshness along with a rounded, slightly fuller character thanks in part to 25 year old Avesso vines. Finishes crisp and fresh.
