Château JÉRÉMIE Terroir des Corbières is a delightfully full-bodied and structured red wine hailing from the South of France.

Château JÉRÉMIE is in the heart of the picturesque village of Fabrezan. Covering 65 hectares of vineyards, this estate embodies the quintessential Corbières terroir.

Acquired in 2015 by Jean-Claude Mas, the vineyard has since undergone a remarkable transformation. Its fully renovated cellar ensures optimal conditions for meticulous vinification.

Located on the road between the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne, the vineyards enjoy a privileged spot in the Corbières region. The vines, oriented East/West, grow in clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. This therefore offers an ideal balance for the region’s emblematic grape varieties.

JÉRÉMIE draws its strength from a thoughtful blend. A 45% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre blend, this wine reveals the richness as well as the diversity of the terroir.

Producers cultivate the vines, on average twenty years of age, according to environmentally friendly practices.

Each grape variety is treated individually. Carignan undergoes carbonic maceration, while Grenache and Syrah benefit from temperature-controlled fermentation followed by three weeks of extended maceration.

The wines are blended following malolactic fermentation. The, they aged in 30% American and French oak barrels for six months.

Enjoy Château JÉRÉMIE Terroir des Corbières with red meat or a barbecue. It also shines with hard cheese.
