Château Le Vieux Pressoir Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is a beautifully rich and hearty red Bordeaux with powerful tannins and an intense palate.
Château Le Vieux Pressoir has been a family wine property for four generations.
Thierry and Anne Mallo together farm eight hectares in the communes of Saint-Émilion, Saint Hippolyte, Saint Laurent des Combes, Saint Pey d’Armens.
A third of the vines are planted at the foot of the hillside. The soils are made up of sand, clay, clay-limestone and gravel.
Varietal Blend: Merlot 85%, Cabernet Franc 15%
Expect tasting notes of raspberry, fig, prune, rose, peony and almond.
