The Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir which comprise the Clos Martinolles Crémant de Limoux Extra Brut Extrême all come from the Pont Major parcel which makes up the Clos Martinolles.

Altitude : 250-280 m
Climate : Mediterranean with oceanic influences
Producer’s Tasting Notes
Appearance – Pale and limpid yellow, delicate, nice, dancing and persistent bubbles.
Nose – Intense and refined, honey and acacia aromas join to subtle crystallized citrus fruits hints.
Palate – Wonderful harmony, very good balance sugar/acidity. These aromas follow through on to the palate.
