Steeped in tradition and shippers since 1769, Cognac Prunier is a family run firm with cellars in the heart of the town of Cognac. The house does not own vineyards, but instead buy eaux-de-vie directly from growers and distillers, and then carry out the ageing process in their own cellars.
The blend of this VSOP is created from eaux-de-vie from two areas, Bon Bois and Fins Bois, each having been aged in small oak casks to maximise oxidation to help obtain a natural smoothness.
