Since 1897, Tomatin has been producing quality single malt whisky in an area of stunning natural beauty, which has rich whisky making traditions dating back to the 1500s.
A celebration of the subtleties of smoke and perfectly balanced sweetness, Cù Bòcan is an experimental Highland Single Malt that explores innovative finishes to create whiskies full of intrigue and surprise.
Their Signature whisky is made every winter in small batches at the Tomatin distillery, using lightly peated Scottish barley, creating a subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet spirit.
It is matured in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, and North American Virgin Oak Casks.
