This Meursault is vinified in oak, of which 20-25% is new oak and then aged for between 10-18 months, depending on the year. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in barrel.
As a result, it is loaded with aromas and flavours of toasty brioche, vanilla and ripe stone fruit, leading to a long, elegantly refreshing finish. It’s fruit-forward and perfect for young drinking, but with excellent aging potential too.
Domaine Christian Bellang Meursault is a serious food wine which pairs perfectly with creamy sauces.

Colour: Pale gold.
Nose: Rich fruity and lightly toasted on the nose.
Palate: In the mouth this wine is typical of the Mersault appellation: round, buttery, rich in flavour.
Finish: Exceptional length.
