With a family heritage dating back to the 16th century in the commune of Verdigny, Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy own 14 hectares of vines (11 ha planted with Sauvignon Blanc and 3 ha with Pinot Noir).
This Sancerre Blanc is vinified in small vats. The slow fermentation allows the optimal development of the aromas.
It is bottled young, in order to preserve its integral qualities.
