This family estate was created in 2004. The vineyard covers 5.8 hectares over 3 communes: Morey Saint Denis, Gevrey Chambertin and Chambolle Musigny in the heart of the Cote de Nuits.
The vines are grown showing great respect for the land and the unique wine produced reflects the grape variety, the vintage and the terroir. The yields are controlled, and the grapes are picked by hand.
The grapes pass through a pneumatic pressing and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is aged in oak barrels (used 4 times) for ten months.
This old vine Aligoté is concentrated with crisp green apple freshness and citrus fruits flavours along with light floral notes.
