FAIR Goji Liqueur is an organic berry liqueur with herbal notes and a beautiful ruby red hue.
It’s made using Fairtade goji berries, considered as one of the most nutritious fruits on earth and organically grown in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan.
The sugar used in FAIR Goji Liqueur is also Fairtrade certified, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.
FAIR is an independent spirits brand  dedicated to high quality products that are sourced ethically and sustainably.
Enjoy this liqueur neat or on the rocks. It also shines as part of a cocktail in place of a splash of grenadine or fruit liqueur. It also complements a variety of desserts, like a decadent chocolate cake for a delightful contrast or fruit-based desserts like cheesecake.
Tasting notes
Nose: Delicate herbal notes emerge first, reminiscent of freshly cut grass or green tea leaves. These intertwine with hints of sweet candy.
Palate: Â A vibrant explosion of fruit flavours. A delightful medley of tart cranberries, juicy cherries, and sweet pomegranates. The goji berry itself takes centre stage, offering a unique taste that is both subtly sweet and slightly earthy.
