Flor de Caña is produced in Nicaragua and is enriched by the San Cristóbal Volcano, the tallest and most active in the country.
The soils are fertilized by the ashes constantly expelled by the volcano.
The water is enriched by minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs.
High volcanic temperatures contribute to the evaporation rate of the rum and foster a more intense and dynamic interaction between the barrel and the rum.
Flor de Caña produce naturally aged, sugar-free rums. They are Fair Trade Certified and distilled 100% with renewable energy.
