G de Galoupet 2024 Rosé is a delicate Provence rosé which balances freshness, indulgence and finesse, made and bottled organically.
Château Galoupet captures the essence of the Provençal terroir through its blend of five organically grown grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah, and Tibouren, which is the signature of the Maison. This particular vintage enjoyed more rain than previous years, replenishing the soils ahead of a warm Provencal summer which delivered optimal ripeness as well as a refreshing acidity in the grapes.
Showcasing the Maison’s commitment to making a positive impact on the environment, the glass for this bottle is 70% recycled and considerably lighter than traditional wine bottles.
Enjoy G de Galoupet 2024 Rosé chilled as an aperitif, or alongside light fish dishes such as smoked salmon.
Producer’s Tasting Notes
The nose is very expressive, revealing a succession of fruity notes. The initial nose unveils scents of grapefruit and exotic fruits. Notes of apricot, melon, and then red fruits blossom in the glass with elegance. On the palate, the fruity expression intensifies with hints of yellow fruits, citrus, and then red fruits. The mid-palate is very indulgent, supported by a generous volume and a silky structure, while the finish offers a lovely length, fruity and zesty, with a touch of salinity.
