The 6 months it spends in cocciopesto amphora enhances the gin’s aromatic profile and the balance between its botanicals, resulting in a complex, elegant gin.
Aromas of juniper, wildflowers, and green grass.
On the palate, it is spicy (coriander) and balsamic (juniper and helichrysum), with hints of angelica and a zesty finish.
It has a long aftertaste due to its ageing process in amphora.
