Hennessy XO was first created in 1870. It is a blend of around 100 brandies in a range of ages up to 30 years old.
Deep and powerful, the eaux-de-vie of this Hennessy X.O cognac are aged in young barrels and marked out by their power and energy, but also by their capacity to achieve a great roundness through time.
Enjoy Hennessy XO neat or with a splash of water to fully unlock its complex flavour profile. It particularly shines as a digestif.
Producer’s Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep, warm amber.
Nose: Powerfully aromatic – fruit, baking spices and oak notes.
Palate: Warm flavours of candied fruit. Then, rising heat and a strong spicy note, characteristic of carefully aged cognac.
Finish: The well-rounded flavour of a rich, dark chocolate.
