Ironcloud Estate (formerly Pepperilly Estate) is situated in the picturesque Ferguson Valley, in the hills of the Geographe Wine Region, overlooking Geographe Bay, Western Australia.

The vines were planted in 1999 in highly prized red gravelly loam soils and the estate comprises of a single vineyard of 28 acres comprising hand-tended Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre, Malbec, Touriga, Saparavi, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.

The winery is now rated as 5 star by James Halliday.

Grape varieites: 50.79% Sauvignon Blanc 49.21% Semillon

Meticulously cared for fruit, harvested in the cool of the evening to retain fresh, vibrant varietal characters, it was then gently crushed and settled in stainless steel before a clean, cold ferment.

The wine is maturated on light yeast lees for six months to add subtle structure and minimally fine prior to bottling.

Colour: bright straw with a green tinge

Nose: citrus, passionfruit, and herbal nuances.

Palate: crunchy natural acidity, tropical fruit favours, long, zesty finish.
