Italicus is made from Italian bergamot oranges and selected Italian botanicals.
Based on an original recipe from the 1850’s, well known at the time as ‘Apertivo do Corte’ (The Drink of Kings).
Hint hints of rose and lavender.
On the palate, the fresh tones of ripe citrus fruits are balanced with a delicate bitter and floral spice.
To enhance he delicate flavours of the botanicals, Italicus can be enjoyed 50/50 with Prosecco over ice and garnished with three green olives to balance the floral aromas with a touch of saltiness.
