The stone crosses standing on the borders of lands in Spain were called Santa Digna. These crosses were used to mark boundaries and symbolised good luck and protection for those setting off for remote lands.
They were also used to name Miguel Torres first property in Chile and the first wine produced from this land.
Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc has aromatic features reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits layered over notes of apple and fennel.
