Gonzalez Byass Nectar Dulce Pedro Ximenez is a delicious sweet sherry which is half wine, half pudding. If you have a sweet tooth and you haven’t discovered Pedro Ximénes (“PX”) sherry then you might have missed a trick.
It is made with sundried grapes that are aged in oak barrels. They take on magnificent aromas of coffee, caramel, toast, vanilla, smoke and leather. These complement their lusciously sweet, dried fruit core. It has a beautiful long finish.
