This 100% Xinomavro is made from old vines sourced in Naoussa, Amyntaio & Rapsani.
It is fermented then aged for six months in amphorae before being bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulphites.
XinomavRaw displays aromas that include wild cherries, plums and herbs while the palate is unoaked, juicy, pure and red fruited.
