Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka is an English wheat vodka crafted fully organically and sustainably on their Wiltshire estate.
The Ramsbury distillery is located in their 19,600 acre estate, tucked in the rolling hills outside of the village Ramsbury.
Each year Ramsbury choose a single field to harvest, which supplies the distillery with the finest quality wheat for the full year’s production.
The spirit starts on the estate as Horatio Wheat. Producers then distil it through the 43 plate copper still, which creates a high quality base spirit.
The Ramsbury estate prides itself on being an environmentally conscious farm. They do this by refusing to use any products in the production process that cannot be provided by the estate.
They create their own bio-fuel and capture and store any excess energy, reuse their waste by feeding it to livestock or fertilising the crops and recycle cooling water.
This vodka boasts aromas of vanilla, dried fruits and cocoa, layers of caramel and then a buttery finish. It will delight anyone who likes their clear spirits with a bit of body.
