Silent Pool Gin is a beautifully refreshing English gin distilled in small batches to preserve its aromatic flavour.
The Silent Pool distillery is located in the North Downs in Surrey, near a lake that is reputedly haunted. Its producers craft the gin using traditional methods in a German-engineered pot still, powered by a wood-fired Kentish boiler. A combination of maceration and vapour infusion using 24 botanicals creates a fresh, aromatic, full-bodied spirit.
This is essentially a classic gin, with prominent juniper and citrus characteristics layered with aromas and flavours of pear, kaffir lime, chamomile and honey.
Enjoy Silent Pool Gin over ice with your favourite tonic and a twist of orange peel to bring out its citrusy flavours.
