Son Vich de Superna Viognier is a bright, energetic wine made from the aromatic Viognier grape. It is balanced, full-bodied, and powerfully reflective of its terroir.

The Son Vich de Superna winery, located in Mallorca, Spain, dates back to 1236. Today it’s owned by the Sampol-Massanet family. They remodelled the production system and restored the traditional gardens, and make wines using both indigenous and international grape varieties.

Vinification occurs traditionally in stainless steel vats. After a pre-fermentation cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous and selected yeasts. All Son Vich de Superna wines then age in fine- and medium-grain French oak barrels

Using the batônnage technique for 3 months, plus 4 months of static maceration with the finest lees in French oak barrels, winemakers create a wine with volume. As a result, it is unctuous and harmonious, in which the terroir shines through.

Enjoy Son Vich de Superna Viognier Mediterranean cuisine, pâtés, white meats, nuts, rice dishes and grilled fish or fish in sauce.
