In 2007, founder and third-generation distiller Robert J. Cooper, launched St Germain, the world’s first elderflower liqueur.
Drawing inspiration from Paris and its iconic quarter St-Germain-des-Prés, St Germain establishes itself as a modern liqueur crafted specifically for cocktails and ideal for the apéritif.
Upon its launch, it won a Grand Gold Medal at the Monde Selection. I thten picked up several more in subsequent years. It was also awarded the Chairman’s Award at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2010.

Crafting St Germain is a race against time, as the elderflower harvesting season lasts only a few weeks in late Spring. There are up to one thousand carefully selected flowers in every bottle! The process is a labour of love and delicate precision, as only the highest quality blossoms will find their way into a bottle of St Germain.
