The ‘Symphonie des Galets’ is a superb example of Chateauneuf-du-Pape from the Arnoux family.

The wine is a blend of 5 varieties (from a possible permitted 18 varieties!) made up of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault & 5% Terret Noir.

This is a full and rich wine with a smooth and silky structure & texture. It shows lots of attractive, lifted floral aromas with a classically powerful palate; fine ripe tannins, brooding dark fruits and spice hints.

Perfect! Enjoyed with roast meats like beef or pork shoulder and some spice dishes such as Jalfrazi and curried goat.
