Handcrafted by Johnny Neill, an eighth-generation gin distiller from a spirit-producing family dating back to 1762, this premium gin shines amongst the Whitley Neill range for its unique flavour profile. Whitley Neill distil their gins in the heart of the city of London. They utilise a range of delicious flavours from around the world.
Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ who is over 100 years old.
Only the purest water is used and each of the nine botanicals are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Whitley Neill’s tagline of “Crafted from the tree of life” goes a long way in describing what those botanicals might be.
Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin is, overall, a perfectly balanced Gin. It shines with a delicate, fruity taste and a lasting citrus, raspberry flavour.
