Wirra Wirra Woodhenge Shiraz is a delightfully rich Australian red which boasts powerful black fruit and a smoky, oaky finish.
Wirra Wirra, in the heart of Australia’s sunny McLaren Vale, was built in 1894 and reopened in the 60s. They specialise in the classic varieties of the region; Cabernet Sauvignon; Shiraz and Grenache. All of Wirra Wirra’s estate and managed vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic.
Taking its name from the huge fence on the Wirra Wirra property, Woodhenge is a monument to “big” ideas. It is rich and bold with mouth-filling fruits and fine sandy tannins that give it a long and persistent finish, built to go the distance.
