Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth is a dry, salty and herbaceous Australian-produced Vermouth perfect for adding a twist to cocktails.
The heart of Regal Rogue is in their proudly Australian provenance. Production centres the marriage of 100% organic Australian wine and Aboriginal herbs and spices, deemed to be some of the oldest foods in the world and sourced directly from Aboriginal farmers.
Working with the celebrated winemaker Justin Jarrett, they select grapes from his organic vineyard to showcase across their range with the complimenting native herbs and spices to create a fresh, natural range of wine Aperitifs.
Regal Rogue Daring Dry is led by savoury and light salty notes creating an umami finish. The nose is bracingly clean maritime notes with lemon, flint and sea spray.
Marrying a grassy premium Organic Sauvignon Blanc with Australian native Anise Myrtle, Quandong and Native Thyme and followed by white pepper, gentian, olive leaf and juniper. This gives an earthy, salty and very herbaceous character. Lastly, tastes of thyme and white pepper define Regal Rogue’s dry offering.
Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth works very well in a wet Martini, adding depth and complexity. Garnish with an olive or caper berry when serving.
