This wine is made up of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc.
The vineyards have been cultivated using biodynamic methods since the 2016 vintage, and harvest each plot separately. Fermentation done in small stainless steel vats, using only natural yeasts, is continued for a short vatting of 6 to 10 months to protect the quality of the fruit and bestow it with well-balanced structure.
Crunchy red fruits and juicy plum aromas are the hallmark of this wine. Smooth tannins and well balanced acidity make it a pleasure to drink.
