The wine is a result of work in the vineyard and winery. The harvest is sorted in the vineyard, then on the table, before vatting the grapes by plot. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled concrete vats before maturing in oak barrels for 16 to 18 months. Everything is thought out to obtain wines in the image of the Marquis de Terme: delicate, elegant, balanced and genuinely modern.
Varieties – 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot

Producer’s Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense and deep, the colour has violet reflections and ink-coloured touches.
Nose: Expressive, the first nose reveals notes of violet and liquorice. A grape variety with beautiful aromatic power, Cabernet Sauvignon gives fruity fragrances (blackcurrant, red and black fruits). This then mixes with a subtle peppery note characteristic of Petit Verdot. As it aerates, elegant woody notes reinforce the aromatic complexity with notes of roasting, mocha and cedar.
Palate: Full and velvety, the palate seduces with its notes of dense and enveloping black fruit, its tannic structure and its silky touch.
