Clos de Lôm Malvasía is a rich, intensely flavoured white Spanish wine, displaying floral notes with hints of apricot and a touch of mandarin.
Clos de Lôm is a family-run winery established in 1836. They strives to showcase the quality and geographic uniqueness of the Valley dels Alforins.

They craft their wines exclusively from DO Valencia grapes, ensuring a superior quality worthy of their name.

The Malvasía grapes arrive at the winery and are swiftly processed using the latest technology.

The wine ferments for over three weeks with the winery’s own yeast selection in a slow process. It smoothly extracts maximum aromatic power and richness.

It then rests on lees for more than four months, adding complexity and volume to the final wine.

Enjoy Clos de Lôm Malvasía with seafood-based rice dishes, or anything heavy with exotic spices.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

This delicious Malvasía wine shows a bright greenish yellow colour.

It has a high intensity aroma that reminds us of ripe fruits such as red apple, peach, lychee with a floral background of orange blossom.

It tastes of ripe fruits, with good structure, noted for its freshness, balanced acidity and then a long and tasty mouth finish.
