Master Distiller Ms. Lesley Gracie’s creation is as refreshing as her muse, the mighty waves that lash the Ayrshire coast. She longed to express the glorious sensory delights of the coast using an exquisite blend of local coastal botanicals and with a remarkably smooth citrus finish.
The gin uses the classic Hendrick’s Gin as a base, layered with flavours of locally sourced botanicals including sea kelp and coastal thyme. Additional lime has been combined to create a gin that’s reminiscent of Hendrick’s Gin with freshness and floral carefully balanced with herbaceous notes of the Scottish coast.
A true curiosity, this limited release libation makes an ideal gift for lovers of gin and coastlines alike.

Producer’s Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh coastal notes, with aromas of sea breeze and ocean flora.
Palate: Native coastal flora notes and a herbaceous profile combined with the signature combination of cucumber and floral rose. Later, subtly savoury at points.
Finish: Smooth and sweet citrus finish.
