Jean-Claude Mas M Rose de Rosé is a delightfully refreshing rosé from the South of France, made using 40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, and 20% Syrah.
Each grape variety is vinified separately. After destemming they are pneumatic pressed. Only free-run juice and first press juice are used.
They then undergo fermentation for 2 weeks at 17°C. Following this, they aged on fine lees with regular stirring for 40 days in stainless steel and cement vats coated with epoxy.
Enjoy Jean-Claude Mas M Rose de Rosé at 8°C on summer evenings. It will be the perfect accompaniment to your barbecues, salads and soft cheeses.
Tasting Notes
Colour: light pink.
Nose: notes of cherry and blackcurrant accompanied by a hint of spring flowers.
Palate: rich and soft, well balanced. Fruity character with a good length.
