Pure raspberry nose with hints of mint and oregano, and silky, elegant palate of fresh blueberry, aniseed, leather and tobacco notes carried by gorgeous sweet acidity.

Very long finish. Best with game, red meat, sauces and strong tasting dishes. Memories of truffles.
