Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is a modern twist on a classic London dry gin.
Ramsbury is an independently owned distillery making craft gin and vodka in Wiltshire. They have a fully grain-to-glass ethos, and a focus on sustainability informs everything they do.
The spirit is distilled in a copper still using Horatio wheat, grown on estate grounds, before being distilled again with nine botanicals including locally picked quince grown on the Ramsbury Estate. They distil only in small batches, ensuring perfect quality every time.
The perfect gin needs the perfect blend of botanicals. Ramsbury use a complex blend of 14 botanicals, including coriander, angelica root, cardamom and of course the classic juniper. After rigorous testing and refining of their recipe, they have found the ideal balance between citrus and spice. This creates a truly British gin that’s made for a classic G+T.
A crisp, full bodied gin in which floral notes combined with the estate’s defining botanical, quince, gives it a moreish and sweet palate, as well as a crisp, clean finish.
Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is perfect when paired with a classic Indian tonic, a slice of apple and lime and plenty of ice. It also shines in gin-forward cocktails like martinis.
