Coupling Old World inspiration with New World innovation, Jansz Tasmania crafts this wine from vineyards throughout Tasmania, all of which produce high quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Aromas of honeysuckle, citrus zest and fresh strawberries from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. Extended time on lees during secondary fermentation contributes to more complex aromas of nougat and roasted nuts.
An intense and refined sparkling wine made in a Champagne style. Honey and acacia aromas join subtle crystallised citrus fruit hints. The palate displays a wonderful harmony, with a very good balance of sugar and acidity. These aromas then follow through on to the palate. Ultimately, it has a soft and steady delicious fizzy taste.
This Prosecco is distinctive for its persistent and delicate bubbles and its intense, elegant and fresh, fruity bouquet. On the palate it is mouth-filling with rich white stone fruit flavours and a refined minerality, then a bright finish. A classic Prosecco.
A twist on the trendy Picpoul grape variety, blended with Chardonnay. Made exactly like good quality prosecco, this is a light, citrus led, sparkling wine that shows the typical grassy notes and salinity that make us go crazy for Picpoul still wines.
