Every spring, as nature awakens and life blooms, Bodega de La Constancia celebrates a unique, emotional ritual. They select Tío Pepe En Rama, now in its 16th year. This selection reflects a conversation between man and winery. It shows deep respect for origin, wisdom, and passion. The process ends with choosing the finest casks that best express the soul of Tío Pepe.
In 2025, experts selected 92 casks to bring Tío Pepe en Rama to life. This wine holds 190 years of tradition and history. It has earned global recognition and awards. More than a wine, it represents Jerez’s culture and a proud family legacy.
This year, the yeast proved its vitality once again during biological ageing. After a spring-like autumn and a mild, rainy winter, the flor remained healthy and strong. This condition gave this Fino Sheery its rare, special character. The 2025 edition honours life and joy with every sip.
Tío Pepe en Rama offers the purest reflection of vineyard and winery. This wild, unfiltered wine keeps all the energy and finesse of its origin and ageing. Albariza soil and flor combine beautifully to create an extraordinary fino.
Tío Pepe en Rama 2025 shows a pale gold hue with slight cloudiness from suspended flor. Its aroma is intense and aromatic, with notes of chalk, talc, iodine, and sea salt. You’ll find hints of nuts, chamomile, lemon, fresh yeast, and bakery tones. On the palate, it tastes fresh, dry, savoury, salty, and slightly bitter. The finish is long, complex, and unforgettable.
