Nocino di Modena Toschi, produced since 1945, is one of the company’s most iconic products.
It is made using unripe green walnuts and involves only five ingredients, steeped in alcohol for nine months and then aged for at least 2 years in oak barrels, which gives the liqueur its intense flavour and the bright brown colour.
