The ancient philosopher Zeno inspires the name, reflecting the brand’s focus on balance and virtue. They aim to produce wines that maintain their integrity and complexity, ensuring an enjoyable experience without alcohol.
ZENO sources organically grown grapes from single-estate vineyards in central Spain, set among rolling hills, almond orchards, and fertile fields. The grapes are carefully selected for their suitability for alcohol removal. After traditional vinification, the wines undergo a gentle dealcoholisation process using advanced vacuum distillation technology. A Master of Wine then refines the blend to preserve the aromas and flavours that define each wine.
