The process of crafting ZENO Alcohol Liberated Sparkling Rosé begins in vineyards situated in central Spain. This is where organically cultivated vines flourish on rolling hills, surrounded by picturesque almond orchards and sheep grazing in fertile fields.
During harvest, experts carefully select only the finest parcels of fruit, choosing them for their specific qualities to guarantee the best possible outcome in the de-alcoholisation process.
Skilled winemakers vinify the wines in a world-class winery before meticulously blending them. They then use the most advanced technology available to gently remove the alcohol.
Finally, extensive blending and tasting take place, overseen by ZENO’s resident Master of Wine, to create wines that embody regional character with sophisticated aroma and flavour profiles.
