When Brigitte and Eric Bourlon took over this estate in 2009, they switched to organic viticulture.
Despite the challenges in Bordeaux, the transition was well worth the effort, as it improved the quality of the wines and enhanced the expression of the fruit.

This wine consists of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc from vines averaging 28 years in age.

It was aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, resulting in a bright, fruity profile without heavy oak influences.

These wines are pure and a pleasure to drink. The nose reveals red fruit with a hint of vanilla, while the palate offers good structure and concentration, culminating in a long, aromatic finish. This wine is full of character and showcases the charm of its terroir.
