Cà dei Maghi is a small farm in the hills of Valpolicella making very small quantities of the most exquisite wines.

Half the grapes are early-harvested by hand in the first week of September, then lightly dried, the other half are harvested at the beginning of October.

Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, then the wine rests there for 6 months before bottling.
